What happens before any sealer comes off the truck:

• Blow and sweep the surface clean, edge to edge
• Scrub and prime oil and fuel spots so the coat can bond
• Clean out and fill cracks with hot rubberized filler
• Cut back grass and dirt that has crept over the edges
• Apply commercial grade sealer at the right spread rate, usually two coats
• Block the area and let it cure fully before traffic goes back on
